We Keep Things Simple!
All of our garden rooms are handcrafted on-site and are tailored specifically to meet your needs and requirements. We won’t make promises like being in and out within a few days—perfection takes time. On average, our garden rooms take between 3 to 5 weeks to complete, depending on size and specifications. This timeline begins once the full structural concrete base is prepared (installed by us), as the curing of the concrete base varies.
While our garden rooms are fully customizable, there are certain elements that are standard and in line with our vision of what a garden room should be. These cannot be altered and include the following:
Foundation
We use a full 8" reinforced concrete base, consisting of 4" of Type 1 sub-base and 4" of concrete with reinforced mesh. This method is the most reliable for ensuring the long-term durability of your garden room. We’ve tested alternatives like ground screws and padstones, but nothing compares to the stability and longevity provided by concrete.
Framing
The framework is constructed using 6" C24 structural timber and 11mm OSB. For smaller units under 10m², we may use 4" timber when possible. Based on our extensive experience, we know that using the highest quality materials for the structure of your garden room is essential to ensure its longevity.
Roof
We use the Firestone EPDM rubber roofing system, which comes with a 25-year warranty. We believe this is the best and only roofing system that meets our standards. The only exception is for any pitched roof designs we create.
What’s Included?
Everything you need to have a fully functional garden room designed and built by us. The only things we ask you to supply are the flooring and interior topcoat paint, as there are so many options to choose from. We’ll handle the collection; you just pick what you like and purchase it. All labor and other materials are included in the cost. If you’d like, we can provide flooring and paint samples and incorporate them into the cost, although we can't carry samples for every available option.

We understand that having builders at your property for a few weeks isnt ideal, however, rest assured we only work in a clean and tidy manner, ensuring respect is shown for the fact that you will still be using your garden, meaning the site is tidied everyday and left usable for when we are not around! we rely on your recomendations, and our cleaniness and attention to detail is something that our customers say is second to none.
Quality workmanship
With over 25 years of experiance in the construction industry, Darren (who will be building your room himsef) has extensive expertise on building your garden room to a very high standard and with the attention to detail you should expect from any trades person. not only this, but any aspects of the works that are sub contracted such as electrics and plastering, are done by trades people that have been working woth Darren for Many years and are well respected in there field
Warranty
All of our work is backed by a 10 year warranty, giving you peice of mind that your investment is going to be safe both now and in the future. in fact certain aspects of the building come with a manufactuers backed garuntee of even longer!
We can offer this as we beleive in our work, the waranty covers every aspect of the building for defects in the build quality and materials used.

Beyond our garden room builds, we can also offer landscaping to compleltly finosh off your new garden, including hard landscaping (Slabs, Porcolain. sleepers etc) aswell as soft landscaping. and again this always done by Darren himslef wherver possible due to work load.

We only bring in additional help when necessary for specific stages of the process.

Electrical Connection:
Full connection to your main house, including a new consumer unit installed in the garden room (maximum distances from the fuse board apply).
Interior Finish:
All second-fix carpentry completed, including window boards and skirting, for a polished, ready-to-use interior
Doors and Windows:
One set of white uPVC doors with full-height side windows for a sleek and modern look.
Exterior Cladding:
Premium James Hardie concrete fiber cement board, available in a range of colors to suit your style.
